ATLANTA- OSHA EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION ASSOCIATE

The Atlanta office of Fisher Phillips is seeking a mid-level associate with at least 2 years of employment litigation and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions. Litigation experience defending employers in workplace safety-related claims before state and federal administrative agencies including the OSHRC and its ALJs is strongly preferred. Experience representing clients in OSHA inspections and investigations is also preferred. Candidates without significant OSHA experience will be considered, but the position requires at least 50% of the associate‚Äôs practice to be OSHA related.  Must possess excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communications skills. Must be admitted or can waive in to practice in Georgia.

CHICAGO- LABOR & EMPLOYMENT ASSOCIATE

The candidate must be able to write well, draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings, draft motions and agency position statements, and take and defend depositions.
