Denver - Labor and Employment Associate

Fisher Phillips is seeking a labor and employment associate with 4+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience litigating cases involving wage and hour issues, wrongful termination, breach of contract, discrimination, harassment, and restrictive covenants. Experience in federal courts in Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) collective actions and Title VII discrimination suits. Experience with charges of discrimination filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Colorado Civil Rights Division and appeared before arbitration panels, including the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Experience with collective bargaining and contract administration, including grievance arbitration. Prior experience defending and prosecuting unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board is preferred. Candidate must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong writing, analytical and communication skills. Must be admitted to practice in Colorado or eligible for admission by reciprocity.
