The Charlotte office of Fisher Phillips is seeking a senior-level associate with at least 5 years of employment litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience defending employers in workplace safety-related claims before federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies including the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), but candidates with significant employment litigation experience and an interest in the OSHA practice will also be considered. Experience representing clients in OSHA inspections and investigations is strongly preferred. Qualified candidates should be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions. Must possess excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communications skills. Must be admitted to practice in North Carolina.
